interested in scheduling a demonstration of the Arts, Sciences and Martial Arts of the
Middle Ages and Renaissance.
We are looking forward to working with you to make your event a success!
On this site, we are providing you with the necessary information to guide you through the
demo planning process.
Requesting a Demo
Please fill out the Demo Request Form and return it to our Shire's Demo Coordinator as
soon as your event plans are firm. We recommend an advance notice of at least 6 weeks.
Your response will enable us to better assess your group's demo needs and give us the
ability to begin scheduling volunteers to make your demo happen. Once we have been able to
secure sufficient volunteer staff, we will then get in touch with you to confirm your demo
request. Please note that a lack of adequate shire volunteers or a conflict with an
official SCA Event may not allow us to accept your demo request.
